About Us
Pinnacle Performance Care, based in Aledo, Texas, was founded by Shaun & Danielle Carlton. After decades in the medical, animal health and fitness industries, we wanted to get back to our core values and improve health and performance in our own lives, as well as in our animals, in a more natural way.
Pinnacle Performance Care was established to bring innovative, non-invasive and drug free therapies to you and your horse to reach your personal bests. We are dedicated to helping you and your horse reach your Pinnacle of Performance.

Memberships are billed monthly on the day of the month purchased. Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. Infusions can not be transferred to other people. An add-on must be accompanied with an IV infusion. If you wish to cancel your membership after the initial commitment, please email pinnaclepemf21@gmail.com

How do I cancel my Membership?
We are sad to see you go. As long as you meet the 3-month minimum requirement, you can cancel your membership by doing the following:

Please email us at pinnaclepemf21@gmail.com with your full name, membership plan and reason for cancellation.

Once you email us letting us know you are cancelling your Membership Plan, we will remove you from the membership auto renew and your plan will deactivate the following month.
*You can use your remaining treatments per that month until your account automatically closes at the end of your current billing period.
